1. Who This Policy Covers

  • Landlords, letting agents, and property management companies who engage our services.


  • Homeowners and residential customers who book services directly.


  • Tenants whose personal details are provided to us by landlords or agents for end-of-tenancy or access arrangements.

Where we process tenant data on behalf of a landlord or letting agent, that party acts as the data controller and we act as a data processor. We only process tenant data in accordance with their instructions to carry out the booked service.

4. Legionella and Compliance Records


Under health and safety legislation (HSE ACoP L8), we are required to retain records of Legionella risk assessments for a minimum of 5 years. These records may be requested by regulatory authorities, such as the HSE or local councils.
